Want the newest and most advanced devices for your next event? Our team of experts will help you nail down the best hardware to take your event to the next level!

Step 2: Add Services

Preloaded content? Check. Branded device skins? No problem. MACE offers a variety of service add-ons to make sure everything’s exactly as you want it.

Step 3: Select Rental Period

Schedule your time frame and we’ll make it happen. We’ll even schedule the devices to arrive one day early to make sure everything’s on track. 

Step 4: Run a Kick-Ass Event

Do what you do best – with an XR experience there to support you. If you need assistance with your devices, MACE is only a call away. 

Step 5: Send It Back

When your rental period ends, ship it back with the return label you received earlier.

  • All shipping costs – both to and from the event – are included in the rental price. Just keep in mind that any late shipments can lead to being charged for extra days.

  • We’ll schedule the devices to arrive one day before your selected rental period.

  • Yes! When the hardware arrives, feel free to install any third-party software or content.

    When you return the devices, we’ll perform a complete data wipe to protect your personal information.

  • Yes, we can! MACE can take care of any preloading, provisioning, and configurations you need. Ask a MACE account executive about our available service add-ons.

  • Don’t worry about typical wear-and-tear – that’s covered by us. However, you will be responsible for any damages or losses during your rental period.
